For the first time all three Crescenta Valley High School varsity cheer teams advanced to finals at the United Spirit Association Nationals held at the Anaheim Convention Center Feb. 14-16.
Varsity cheer finished in fifth place out of 10 teams. Song/Pom finished in eighth place out of 24 teams and flags finished in second place.
JV cheer placed third out of seven; however, only the top two teams advanced to finals.
